About Us

Owners, Kevin and Pauline Lacy, first built Kepala Pet Resort for dog and cat boarding some 30 years ago. Their wish for Kepala to become a 5 star establishment offering top quality accommodation has been fulfilled.

Having realised that dream, Kevin and Pauline along with son Dale and his family, had a vision to provide a recreational facility that exceeded expectations and opportunities for dogs and their owners. A place where dogs could run free off lead in safe enclosed play areas, take a swim in the heated pool, run through sand or just chill out and watch the scenic landscape of Diggers Rest picturesque valleys.

On 1st February, 2005, this vision was also fulfilled with the development of "Kepala Canine Country Club".

Kepala Canine Country Club has been described as an "oasis" by many of our visitors. It's the sort of place where members can come and picnic and have fun with their dogs in calming surrounds.

With flowing palm trees, green, green grass and the sound of soothing music, from the moment you enter the automatic opening gates you and your dog will sense the tranquil and uplifting setting where you can escape the daily grind for either an hour or the whole day! Kepala Canine Country Club is 10,000 sqm of pure indulgence for your dogs.

Whether working on your dog's agility skills or just improving his or her health by exercising or swimming, Kepala Canine Country Club has all the facilities to accommodate.

We also provides puppy preschool classes, general obedience training sessions and agility classes on the premises as well.

Many obedience and dog sport groups utilise our grounds for "get togethers" or just to take advantage of the many quality facilities offered here at Kepala Canine Country Club.
